Naturopathic + FUnctional Medicine
Naturopathic doctors are your holistic health experts. In order to become a Naturopathic Doctor in Canada candidates must complete a minimum 8-year post-secondary education, including a supervised medical internship, and must also pass three North-American standardized licensing exams. Naturopaths are the only health care professionals in Ontario with standardized training in at a doctorate level in integrative health care and our extensive medical education allows us to work with your medical doctors to help you get the most out of your healthcare team. You need an ND if you’re looking for an expert to guide you through a proactive approach to your health and wellness or if you’re lost in the current medical model and feel as though you’re not actually getting any better from your current medications.
Injection Therapy
Vitamin and Nutrient Injection Therapy involves the administration of vitamins and minerals by a relatively painless intramuscular injection. Injection therapy can be an effective adjunct to your naturopathic treatment, since it is a quick way to deliver healing nutrients directly into your body ensuring optimal absorption and fast results.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a time-tested therapy that can support women during fertility and pregnancy, alleviate symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and manage conditions such as PCOS and PMS. Additionally, this holistic approach promotes anti-aging and longevity by balancing hormones, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. REPLETE COSMETIC ACUPUNCUTRE
Cosmetic acupuncture is a facial rejuvenation therapy that improves the appearance and health of your skin and combats the effects of aging. Through the use of extremely fine, and relatively painless, needles at specific points on the face and body, facial acupuncture naturally induces the production of collagen and elastin to tone the skin and smooth wrinkles. It also improves circulation and lymphatic fluid movement to the face, giving you a healthy glow.
Initial treatment is 45 minutes and includes an intake + skin analysis to determine concerns and goals of the treatment. A combination of body and facial acupuncture is then done to balance the skin from the inside out and increase collagen production. Anti-aging & Skin-clearing red light therapy is available as a no-additional cost add on cosmetic acupuncture sessions and your treatment will be finished with an all natural professional grade topical serum application, specific to your skin health concerns (but only if you come into your visit makeup free!). This treatment is covered under most extended benefits as part of your naturopathic medicine coverage.

BIo-Identical Hormones & Thyriod Replacement
Bio-identical Hormone Therapy is designed to restore hormonal balance by using hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced by your body. This therapy can effectively address symptoms related to fertility and pregnancy challenges, mitigate issues during perimenopause and menopause, alleviate PCOS/PMS symptoms, and promote anti-aging and longevity.
At Replete, we also provide individualized thyroid prescriptions to support optimal hormonal balance, essential for fertility and healthy aging. We focus on identifying and addressing thyroid dysfunction that can affect menstrual cycles, PMS, and the menopausal transition, enabling women to achieve their health and wellness goals throughout all stages of life.

Live Blood Analysis

At your life blood analysis visit a drop of your blood is examined under a microscope and the information gained is used to check for signs of many issues relating to health. We are exciting to introduce this tool to Replete and use it to bring a new dimension to our ability to understand what is happening at a cellular level within our clients.

HOW IT WORKS
Initial Consult
Second Visit / Heal ($145): At your Heal visit we’ll deliver and review the personalized performance plan created for you by Dr. Sarah. You’ll leave this appointment with a true understanding of the root cause of your symptoms, and the exact steps you need to take in order to heal. The Heal phase of your care may only require 1 visit, or may be spread out over a series of 1 visit monthly for 3 months depending on the complexity of your case. Your customized functional medicine health protocol may include:
- Customized prescriptions based on functional medicine testing results and your health goals
- Herbal medicine to help you balance your hormones, reset your fertility and clear your skin
Vitamins, minerals, and customized prescriptions
- Acupuncture to regulate hormones / improve skin health & promote healing
- Bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT)
Functional food therapy to heal your hormones and skin from the inside out
Advanced personalized cycle syncing protocols
Lifestyle medicine tailored to your health goals and current symptoms
2nd Visit
($235 + individualized testing, if required): The Replete patient care on-boarding process starts with an hour-long comprehensive intake. This appointment involves a thorough exploration of your health, current symptoms and health goals using the replete signature method, along with any relevant in-house testing (in-house testing of adrenals, nutrient status, leaky gut etc. may be included in the price of your visit – if required).
Follow up Visits
($110) At your follow-up visit(s) we’ll review your symptoms to assess whether or not your health goals have been met. After your acute concerns have resolved we’ll reassess you goals and lay out your ‘Seal’ / health maintenance protocol. Most patients prefer to check in with us at Replete a few times yearly in the maintenance phase of care to make sure they’re still on track and to address any new health concerns that may arise.
